Onfunayado Iroha

At the end of Edo period, Ryoma Sakamoto and his group called “Kaientai” were borrowed a steam boat named “Irohamaru”, and there was an accident occurred. “Irohamaru” and “Meikoumaru”; the military ship of Kishuu had a crash and the ship sunk under the sea. After the accident, negotiations held at a trader’s house (Old Uoya Mazou’s house), and “Onfunayado Iroha” is the place of the negotiations. In 2003, no one lived in this place, so the place was ruined however, the place reborn by “Tomo Machizukuri Studio” of NPO. Onfunayado Iroha uses clay tile for roofing, cement plaster for walls and colcothar for pillars and windows. Now, the appearance gives you swankness impression.
